Provides 50ug of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), naturally derived from fermented Bacillus subtilis natto cultures. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones. The vegan capsule uses Viridian's signature base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry - 100% active ingredients with no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Adults: take one to two capsules daily with food. Children 14-16 years: one capsule daily with food; not suitable for children under 14.

Side Effects & Cautions
Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner; anyone taking anticoagulant medication should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K. A food supplement - store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
