We may refuse to supply medicines or services where it is not clinically appropriate, where information is missing or incorrect, or where legal or regulatory requirements are not met.
Use of our services does not replace emergency medical care. In an emergency, contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 as appropriate.
6. Medicines and prescriptions
All medicines supplied are regulated under UK law.
Prescription Only Medicines (POM), Pharmacy medicines (P) and General Sale List medicines (GSL) are supplied in line with MHRA and GPhC requirements.

Delivery and receipt of POMs: Where we supply Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) for delivery, they must be delivered to the registered address and signed for by the patient or their designated carer. We may delay or cancel dispatch if these conditions cannot be met.
