Refund policy

Non-medicinal items

For non-medicinal products only, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase. Returned items must arrive in the same condition as when you received them.

To start a return, email info@nashipharmacy.net. If we approve your return, we will send you clear steps on where to send it. We cannot accept returns sent without approval.

Medicines and pharmacy products

Due to UK medicines legislation and MHRA regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on medicines once they have been supplied.

This includes:

  • Prescription Only Medicines (POM)
  • Pharmacy medicines (P)
  • General Sale List medicines (GSL)

Once medicines leave the pharmacy, we cannot reuse or resell them. We must destroy them safely. Please check the medicine name, strength and quantity before you place your order.

This applies even if the medicine is unopened.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive:

  • the wrong item
  • a damaged product
  • an incomplete order

Contact us straight away at info@nashipharmacy.net so we can look into it and fix it fast.

If the error is ours, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund in line with pharmacy regulations.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Medicines (POM, P, or GSL)
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Items supplied as part of a clinical or online consultation
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are not sure whether an item can be returned, contact us before you order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are returning an eligible non-medicinal item, the quickest route is to complete the return, then place a new order.

Refunds

When we receive your approved return, we will inspect it and confirm if your refund is approved.

If approved, we will refund the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long it takes to show in your account.
