Cost: Free on eligible orders over £70, £3.99 on orders under £70
Estimated delivery time: Usually 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Times are estimates from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Features: Tracking from dispatch, delivery notifications, option to nominate a safe place
Orders placed before 5:00pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to clinical approval where needed.
Royal Mail Tracked 24, Express delivery
Cost: £6.99
Estimated delivery time: Usually 1 to 2 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Features: Full tracking from dispatch, delivery notifications, option to nominate a safe place
Orders placed before 8:00pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to clinical approval where needed.
Important delivery information
Dispatch times
To be considered for same-day dispatch, place your order before 12:00pm. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders that include medicines supplied following an online or in-pharmacy consultation will only dispatch once clinical approval is complete.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are Royal Mail estimates. Weather, public holidays, or service disruption can delay delivery.
We cannot guarantee next-day delivery, including for Tracked 24.
UK delivery areas
Shipping prices apply to UK mainland addresses. Non-mainland locations may cost more or take longer.
Tracking and safe place delivery
All tracked deliveries include a tracking reference, so you can follow progress and manage delivery options with Royal Mail.
If you nominate a safe place, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once Royal Mail leaves it there.
