Use the Nashi Pharmacy online clinic to request contraception online. You’ll complete a short health questionnaire, then a pharmacist will review your answers to check it’s safe and suitable. If approved, we’ll arrange delivery to your address. If we need more information, we’ll contact you before anything is supplied.

Get support with emergency contraception

Emergency contraception works best when taken as soon as possible after unprotected sex, or if your contraception has failed. You can book online or visit in-store for a confidential consultation.

Sexual health support you can actually use

Nashi Pharmacy provides NHS and private sexual health services, including emergency contraception. You can book online for a confidential consultation with a pharmacist. During the consultation, the pharmacist will assess suitability, explain your options, and supply treatment where appropriate, in line with NHS guidance and eligibility requirements.

Who can use this service?

The service is available to eligible patients in England. The pharmacist will confirm eligibility during your consultation.

Do I need a GP appointment or referral?

No. You can book directly with the pharmacy. A GP appointment is not needed to use this service.

What types of contraception are available?

The pharmacist will discuss suitable options covered by the NHS service and explain what can be supplied following assessment.

What happens during the consultation?

You’ll be asked a few questions about your health and current contraception. The pharmacist will check suitability, explain your options, and advise on next steps.

Is the service free?

If you’re eligible, contraception supplied through the NHS service is free. The pharmacist will confirm this before anything is provided.

Can I get follow-up advice?

Yes. You can return to the pharmacy or book another consultation if you have questions or need further support.
