What does the travel clinic offer?

The travel clinic provides travel health advice, vaccinations, and travel medicines based on where you’re going, how long you’ll be away, and what you’ll be doing.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. A travel health appointment is needed before any vaccines or medicines can be supplied. Booking in advance helps us plan the right care for you.

When should I book my travel appointment?

It’s best to book 6 to 8 weeks before you travel. If you’re travelling sooner, book anyway and we’ll advise what can still be done.

Are travel vaccines free?

Most travel vaccinations are provided privately and are not covered by the NHS. Prices will be explained before you go ahead.

Can children use the travel clinic?

Some travel services are suitable for children. Age and suitability will be checked during the appointment.

What should I bring to my appointment?
