Vegan vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) sourced from lichen, providing 1000iu (25ug) per capsule. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system. In keeping with Viridian's clean-label ethos, capsules contain 100% active ingredients with no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Adults and children aged 16 and over: take one to two capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Main Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin D3 (vegan cholecalciferol from lichen) 25ug/1000iu (500% NRV) in an alfalfa base within a plant cellulose capsule.
Side Effects & Cautions
Not suitable for children under 16 years. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet; store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
