How to use
Take two capsules daily with food; capsules may be swallowed whole or opened and the contents sprinkled into cold food or drink.

Per two capsules: MSM 950mg, vitamin C 180mg, zinc 15mg, iron 10mg, beta-carotene 5mg, copper 1mg, biotin 500ug, selenium 100ug, pine bark extract 25mg, grape seed extract 25mg.
