Each vegan capsule supplies 500mg of L-lysine, an essential amino acid that the body cannot make itself and a building block of protein. The lysine is supplied in free form, requiring no digestion, for faster absorption. Clean-label Viridian formulation with 100% active ingredients and no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Adults: take one to three capsules daily; best taken half an hour away from a meal for optimal absorption. Children 10-16 years: one to two capsules daily; not suitable for children under 10.

L-lysine (free form) 500mg per capsule, on a base of alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry.
Side Effects & Cautions
Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner. A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet; store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
