Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, a gentle form chosen for optimal absorption and utilisation. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle and nervous system function. The vegan capsules follow Viridian's clean-label approach, with 100% active ingredients and no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Adults: take one to two capsules daily with food. Children 4-12 years: one capsule daily with food; 13-16 years: one to two capsules daily with food. Not suitable for children under 4 years.
Main Ingredients
Magnesium (as bisglycinate) 200mg (53% NRV) per two-capsule dose, in a plant cellulose capsule.
Side Effects & Cautions
A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet; do not exceed the stated dose unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
