High Potency Magnesium provides 300mg of magnesium per capsule from three complementary forms - oxide, citrate and bisglycinate - for a high-strength, bioavailable dose. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. In line with Viridian's clean-label ethos, the vegan capsules contain 100% active ingredients with no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Take one capsule one to two times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Suitable from 14 years.
