Balanced Zinc Complex provides highly absorbable zinc picolinate balanced with copper, plus natural beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina algae. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. Vegan capsules on Viridian's alfalfa, spirulina and bilberry base - 100% active ingredients, no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Take one capsule daily with food; the capsule may be swallowed whole or opened and the contents sprinkled into cold food or drink.
Main Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (picolinate) 15mg (150% NRV), copper (citrate) 1mg, natural beta-carotene 900ug.
