Balanced Iron Complex delivers gentle iron bisglycinate alongside vitamin C, which increases iron absorption, plus vitamin B12 and folic acid. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vegan, clean-label formulation with 100% active ingredients and no artificial fillers or binders.
How to use
Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Per capsule: iron (as bisglycinate) 15mg, vitamin C 100mg, vitamin B12 50ug, folic acid 100ug, magnesium 7mg.
