Certified organic by the Soil Association, this Egyptian black seed (Nigella sativa) oil is first cold-pressed, solvent-free and nitrogen-sealed for freshness. Each teaspoon naturally provides 2450mg of omega-6 linoleic acid and 1040mg of omega-9 oleic acid. Nothing is added - 100% pure organic oil in keeping with Viridian's clean-label ethos; take it from the spoon, add to food or use topically.
How to use
Adults: take one teaspoon (5ml) daily with food. Children 8-16 years: one teaspoon daily; 2-7 years: half a teaspoon daily; not suitable for children under 2.
