How to use
- Rinse with 20 ml (or around 4 teaspoons) of Oral B Complete Mouthwash Arctic Mint uninterrupted for 30 seconds.
- Do not dilute the mouthwash with water.
- Do not swallow afterwards; instead, spit out the solution.
- Do not eat or drink immediately after using the mouthwash.
- Use twice daily, morning and night, for optimal results.
Main Ingredients
- Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Hexametaphosphat, Poloxamer 407, Sodium Benzoate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin, Flavor, CI 42051.
Side Effects & Cautions

- Allergic reaction: If you experience difficulty breathing, itchiness or swelling after use, seek medical attention immediately.
- Changes in taste: Some people may experience a change in taste after using mouthwash.
- Oral discomfort: Some people may experience a burning sensation in the mouth, tongue or gums.
- Dryness in the mouth: Overuse can cause mouth dryness.
- Precautions:
- Do not ingest: Mouthwash is designed for rinsing and spitting out, not for ingestion.
- Avoid contact with eyes: Any accidental contact should be rinsed immediately with plenty of water.
- Child safety: Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help right away.
- Alcohol content: If the product contains alcohol, it can cause burning sensation and should not be used in people who are recovering from alcohol addiction.
