How to use
- Clean the affected area before application.
- Apply a thin layer of Nelsons Arnicare Cooling Gel on the area.

- Apply as needed, up to 4 times daily.
- Wash hands immediately after application.
- Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
