How to use
- Unscrew the cap from the Listerine Total Care Zero Mouthwash bottle.
- Pour 20ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) of mouthwash into the cap or a cup.
- Empty the full amount into your mouth.
- Swish the mouthwash around your mouth thoroughly for about 30 seconds ensuring it reaches all areas, especially between the teeth.
- After swishing, gargle the mouthwash in your mouth for an additional 30 seconds, allowing it to reach the back of your throat and mouth.
- Spit out the mouthwash into the sink. Do not swallow.
- For the best results, do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use.
- Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, or as directed by your dentist.
- Note: This mouthwash is not recommended for use by children under 6 years of age.
