How to use
- Open the cap of the Listerine Coolmint Mouthwash bottle.
- Pour approximately 20ml of the mouthwash into the cap, which is about 4 teaspoons.
- Empty the cap into your mouth but do not swallow.
- Swish the mouthwash around in your mouth for about 30 seconds. Make sure to also gargle to reach the back of your throat.
- After 30 seconds, spit the mouthwash into the sink.
- Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after use to allow the mouthwash to continue protecting your mouth.
- Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, for best results.
- Remember not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after using the mouthwash.
Main Ingredients
- Eucalyptol, Menthol, Methyl salicylate, Thymol, Water, Alcohol (21.6%), Sorbitol solution, Flavoring, Poloxamer 407, Benzoic acid, Sodium saccharin, Sodium benzoate, FD&C green no. 3.

Side Effects:
- Allergic reactions: Some people may have an allergic reaction to mouthwash ingredients such as preservatives, flavorings, or coloring agents. Symptoms can include rashes, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.
- Dry Mouth: Extended use of mouthwash can disrupt the natural balance of saliva, leading to dry mouth or oral discomfort.
- Changes in taste: Some people may experience a temporary change in taste after using Listerine.
- Tooth staining: Excessive use of mouthwash can potentially stain the teeth.
- Sensitivity: Some individuals may notice increased tooth or gum sensitivity after using it.
- Remember, this product is for rinsing the mouth only. It should not be swallowed, ingested, or used by children under 12 years unless directed by a healthcare professional. Contact your doctor or dentist immediately if you experience any severe or persistent side effects.
- For external use only - do not swallow.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years.
- Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
- Do not use in case of wounds or gum injury in the mouth.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if oral irritation or tooth sensitivity occurs.
