How to use
- For adults, the elderly, and children over 16 years:
- Day Capsules: Two yellow/orange capsules should be taken every 4-6 hours during daytime. Do not more than 4 capsules in 24 hours.
- Night Capsules: Two blue/white capsules should be taken before bedtime. Do not take more than 2 capsules in 24 hours.
- Swallow each capsule whole with water. Do not chew.
- Do not take the Day and Night capsules at the same time. Ensure that there is at least 4 hours gap between taking any two doses and do not take more than 6 capsules (4 Day & 2 Night) in total in any 24-hour period.
- Do not mix with other flu, cold or decongestant products.
- If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Remember it is important not to use Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Day & Night Capsules continuously for more than seven days without medical advice.

Side Effects:
- Potential side effects can include allergic reactions like skin rash, itching, or difficulty breathing.
- May cause gastrointestinal problems like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or upset, or problems with digestion.
- Possible neurological side effects such as dizziness, sleep disorders, restlessness, or nervousness.
- Risk of increased heart rate or elevated blood pressure.
- Can worsen certain health conditions, always consult a healthcare professional if you have cardio, liver or kidney disorders.

- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Avoid if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or any liver or kidney problems.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- Consult your doctor before using if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Avoid alcoholic drink while using this medication.
- Stop using and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
- This product may cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if affected.
- Do not take with other flu, cold, or decongestant medicines.
