How to use

Over 12 years: One to two sachets (10-20ml) after meals and at bedtime, up to four times per day. Under 12 years: only on medical advice.

- Sodium levels: This product contains sodium and may not be suitable for people on a controlled sodium diet.
- Dehydration: Frequent use may lead to dehydration. Ensure to maintain appropriate fluid intake.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
