Freederm Treatment Gel 4% w/w (Nicotinamide)

Freederm Treatment Gel targets inflamed acne. The 4% nicotinamide formula calms redness and tenderness and helps reduce new spots. The cooling hydro-gel base is fragrance free and less drying than many spot treatments. Suitable for adults and children.

How to use
Apply a thin film twice daily after cleansing the affected and surrounding skin, then allow it to dry. Keep it away from the eyes, lips and inside the nose and mouth. If your skin becomes too dry or irritated, reduce to once daily or every other day. You can continue for as long as needed. The gel is suitable for adults, children and the elderly. There are no specific restrictions in pregnancy or breastfeeding, but ask a pharmacist or doctor if you are unsure.

Main ingredients
Active ingredient, nicotinamide 4% w/w. Other ingredients, aluminium magnesium silicate, hypromellose, citric acid, macrogol lauryl ether, ethanol and purified water. The gel is translucent and fragrance free.

Side effects and cautions
Dryness, irritation, peeling, redness or a burning sensation can occur, usually mildly. If this is unacceptable, pause use or apply less often. Stop and seek advice if you develop itching, swelling or a rash that suggests allergy. Test on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. Store below 25 °C, replace the cap after use, and keep out of reach of children.
