Flarin 200 mg is a lipid-formulated ibuprofen capsule for joint, muscular and back pain. The Lipid Lock formulation helps disperse ibuprofen in lipids. It reduces pain and inflammation and is suitable for adults and children over 12 years.
How to use

Recommended Dose unless directed otherwise by your doctor
Adults and children under 12 years:
One tablet up to three times a day as required, Preferably with or after food.
The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every four hours and not more than three times in any 24 hour period. Do not take for more than ten days without consulting your doctor.
Children under 12 years: Do not give to children under 12 years of age except on the advice of your doctor.

Side Effects:
- Allergic reactions: Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience symptoms like difficulty breathing, swelling of face, tongue or throat, skin rashes, or itching.
- Gastrointestinal issues: Ibuprofen may cause stomach pain, nausea, heartburn, or indigestion. Long-term use can potentially lead to stomach ulcers and bleeding.
- Cardiovascular effects: This medication may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke, especially if used long term.
- Renal effects: It could potentially affect kidney function, especially in people who already have kidney issues.
- Dependence: Overuse or long-term use of this medication can lead to dependency.
- Respiratory system: Ibuprofen may increase the risk of asthma attacks.
- Avoid alcohol: Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication as it could increase the risk of liver damage.
- Interactions: Follow your doctor's advice about any restrictions on food, beverages, or activity. Interaction with other drugs could increase side-effects or reduce efficacy.
- Always take Ibuprofen as prescribed by your doctor and immediately seek medical attention if you experience any negative side effects.

Do not take ibuprofen tablets if you:
- Are allergic (hypersensitive), or have had an allergic reaction to, ibuprofen, any other NSAID, aspirin, or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
- Have ever had a worsening of symptoms of asthma, hayfever, urticaria or angioedema when taking ibuprofen, aspirin, or similar painkillers
- Currently have or have had a stomach ulcer or bleeding in the stomach on two previous occasions
- Have ever had perforation or bleeding of the gut when taking any NSAID
- Suffer from severe liver, kidney, or heart problems
- Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy
- Have abnormal bleeding or problems with abnormal bruising
- Are currently taking mifamurtide
