How to use
- Squeeze a pea-sized amount of Colgate Toothpaste Sensitive Instant Relief onto a soft toothbrush.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day. Ensure to reach all areas, especially the gums and back teeth.
- Spit out the toothpaste after brushing but do not rinse immediately. The remaining toothpaste provides ongoing protection.
- Always replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if it becomes worn.

- Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Fluoride, Aqua, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Silica, PVM/MA Copolymer, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Aroma, Cellulose Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Saccharin, Xanthan Gum, CI 77891.
