How to use
- Shake the bottle well before use.
- Pour about 10-15ml of Colgate Peroxyl into the cap up to the fill line. This is equivalent to approximately half a tablespoon.
- Swirl this around in your mouth for about one minute, then spit it out.
- Do not swallow the mouthwash.
- Avoid eating or drinking anything for at least 30 minutes after usage for best results.
- For optimal oral health, try to use the mouthwash twice a day or as directed by your dental professional.
