Pharmacy Only
Adults and children 12 years and over, take 1 tablet once daily. Children 6 to 11 years who weigh over 30 kg, 1 tablet once daily. Under 6 years or 30 kg or less, use loratadine liquid instead. Swallow with water. Do not take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. If you miss a dose, take the next dose at the usual time.
Active, loratadine 10 mg per tablet. Excipients, lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate.
Common side effects, headache, sleepiness, dry mouth. Fatigue can occur. Do not use if you are allergic to loratadine or any ingredient. Chat to our pharmacist if you have severe liver problems, epilepsy, or are due an allergy test. Interactions, speak to our pharmacist if you take medicines such as amiodarone, erythromycin, ketoconazole, or cimetidine. These can raise loratadine levels. Pregnancy and breastfeeding, ask our pharmacist for advice before use. Contains lactose.
