How to use
- To use Berocca Boost, dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (approximately 200ml) to create a refreshing effervescent drink. This should be consumed immediately after the tablet has fully dissolved. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of one tablet per day. For best results, take Berocca Boost right after a meal. This product is not intended for use in children under 12 years old. Remember, dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

- Kidney problems: Too much usage may lead to kidney problems.
- Overdose: Overdose can lead to serious health problems such as nerve damage, urinary problems, seizures.
- Vitamins/Minerals: Avoid taking more than one type of multivitamin product at a time unless your doctor advises, as it can lead to a vitamin/mineral imbalance.
- If any of these effects persist or worsen, immediately seek medical attention.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
- Not suitable for individuals with kidney stones or hyperoxaluria.
