How to use

Dissolve 2 tablets in a glass of water, take up to 4 times a day as needed. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. For adults and young people aged 16 years and over. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. Do not take with other paracetamol products.

Main Ingredients

Each soluble tablet contains aspirin 300 mg, paracetamol 200 mg, and caffeine 45 mg. Excipients are listed in the patient leaflet.

Side Effects & Cautions
Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, bleeding disorders, or if you are allergic to aspirin, paracetamol, or caffeine. Avoid if you are taking other NSAIDs, anticoagulants like warfarin, or flucloxacillin without medical advice. Risk of serious liver damage with paracetamol overdose. Do not give to under-16s due to the risk of Reye‚√Ñ√¥s syndrome with aspirin. Possible side effects include stomach irritation, bleeding, nausea, rash, and breathing problems. If pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a clinician first. Stop and seek help if you experience unusual bleeding, allergic reactions, or severe stomach pain.
