4head Stick is a topical levomenthol treatment for headaches. The cooling action on the forehead and temples helps ease tension-type pain, without tablets. Non greasy and colourless. Suitable for adults and children.

How to use
  • Remove both caps, twist the base to raise the stick, then apply a thin layer across the forehead and temples, taking care to avoid the eyes. Reapply as needed, but not more often than about every 4 hours. Use only on the skin of the forehead. If it stings or feels too strong, use it less often or over a smaller area. If symptoms persist or you get frequent headaches, seek advice.

Main Ingredients
  • Each stick contains levomenthol 90% w/w. Other ingredients are macrogol 20000 and peppermint oil. Pack size 3.6 g.

Side Effects & Cautions

Occasional skin irritation or allergic reactions can occur, and mild eye watering is possible from vapour. Stop use if uncomfortable. For external use only. Keep away from eyes and mouth. Do not swallow. Store below 25 °C and keep away from heat, as the stick may soften or melt. This product can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but speak to a clinician if headaches are new, severe or persistent. Report any suspected side effects via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.
