How to use
- Take two capsules per day with a cold drink. If required, adults may increase up to three capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Side Effects & Cautions
Side Effects:
- Allergic Reaction: Some people might be allergic to fish oil or the inactive ingredients of the capsule.
- Upset Stomach: Consuming fish oil can sometimes lead to gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea, bloating, indigestion or heartburn.
- Blood Thinners: If you're taking anticoagulant medication or blood thinners, use with caution as fish oil could increase the risk of bleeding.
- Fishy Aftertaste: A common and minor side effect is a fishy odor or taste.
- High Doses: High doses of omega-3 may suppress the immune system.
- Vitamin A or D Overdose: Some fish oils contain high levels of vitamins A and D. Long-term use of these can cause toxic levels in the body.
- Consult your doctor before starting any new supplement, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding or considering its use in children.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.

- Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
