How to use
- Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug or glass.
- Fill it with hot, but not boiling, water (about 300ml).
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Allow the drink to cool down to a drinkable temperature.
- Drink the entire concoction.
- Repeat every four to six hours as needed.
- For adult use, do not exceed more than four sachets in 24 hours.
- Always remember to consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist or worsen or in case of drug interactions.

- Seek advice before use if you have serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, overactive thyroid, or glaucoma.
- Don't exceed the recommended dose and don't take with other products containing paracetamol.
- Don't use it for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.

- Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Avoid if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, enlarged prostate, history of stomach ulcers or are taking antidepressant medication.
