Combogesic 500mg/150mg Tablets
Combogesic gives dual-action pain relief with paracetamol 500 mg and ibuprofen 150 mg per tablet. For short term relief of headache, dental pain, back pain and period pain. Adults only, max 3 days. Always read the leaflet.
How to use

Adults 18+, take 1 to 2 tablets with water every 6 hours if needed, maximum 6 tablets in 24 hours. Use for up to 3 days. Do not take with other medicines that contain paracetamol or ibuprofen. Not recommended under 18 years.

Actives per tablet, paracetamol 500 mg, ibuprofen 150 mg. Also contains lactose. If intolerant to some sugars, speak to a doctor before use.

Side Effects & Cautions

Common, nausea, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhoea or constipation, rash, headache, dizziness. Stop and seek help urgently if you get vomiting blood, black stools, swelling of face or tongue, wheeze, severe skin reactions, or signs of jaundice. Do not use if you have active or past peptic ulcer or GI bleeding, severe heart, liver or kidney failure, or in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Avoid alcohol. Interactions include anticoagulants, methotrexate, lithium, digoxin, diuretics, ACE inhibitors or ARBs, corticosteroids, some antibiotics and epilepsy medicines. Ask a pharmacist.
